Hey, I’m Lila 👋

Welcome to Mum Blog — where we keep it real about motherhood, because let’s face it, nobody has it all figured out (and if they say they do, they’re lying or heavily caffeinated).

My Story

I’m a mom of three, which means I’ve survived more sleepless nights, mystery stains, and “why” questions than I can count. I started this blog because I needed a place to share what I was learning — the messy, beautiful, exhausting truth about raising tiny humans while trying to remember who I was before “Mom” became my first name.

I grew up in Sweden, where parenting comes with a village (literally — the Swedish healthcare system holds your hand through it all). I’ve taken what I learned from föräldrautbildning (parental education programs), my background in dietetics and wellness, and years of real-life trial and error to create content that actually helps.

What I Believe

I live by “lagom” — the Swedish art of balance. Not perfection. Not having it all together. Just… enough. Enough self-care to stay sane. Enough patience to get through bedtime. Enough grace to forgive yourself when you lose it anyway.

This isn’t a highlight reel. It’s a support system.

What You’ll Find Here

Real talk about motherhood — from newborn survival to toddler chaos to finding yourself again somewhere in the middle.

Practical tips that actually work — tested by me, my kids, and my sanity.

Self-care that fits real life — because you deserve more than cold coffee and bathroom hiding sessions (though those count too).

A judgment-free zone — whether you’re a solo mom, a working mom, a stay-at-home mom, or an “I-have-no-idea-what-I’m-doing” mom. You belong here.

Let’s Do This Together

Motherhood wasn’t meant to be done alone. Leave a comment, share your story, tell me I’m not the only one who’s hidden in the pantry eating chocolate. This is your space too.

Thanks for being here. I’m so glad you found your way to this little corner of the internet.

With love and solidarity,

Lila Sjöberg 💕

A quick note: Everything I share comes from personal experience and trusted sources. But I’m not your doctor — always check with your pediatrician or healthcare provider for medical advice.
