Ingredients:

– 2 ripe bananas
– 1 cup rolled oats
– 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
– Optional add-ins: chocolate chips, raisins, or chopped nuts

Instructions:

1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.

3. Stir in the rolled oats and cinnamon until well combined.

4. If desired, fold in any optional add-ins like chocolate chips or raisins.

5. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.

6. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the cookies are golden and chewy.

7. Let them cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
