Ingredients:

– 1 cup of frozen mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
– 1 ripe banana
– 1/2 cup of yogurt (plain or flavored)
– 1/2 cup of milk (dairy or non-dairy)
– 1 tablespoon of honey or maple syrup (optional, adjust to taste)
– Sliced fruits for topping (kiwi, banana, mango, etc.)
– 1/4 cup of granola
– 1 tablespoon of chia seeds
– 1 tablespoon of shredded coconut (optional)

Instructions:

1. In a high-speed blender, combine the frozen mixed berries, banana, yogurt, milk, and honey or maple syrup if using.

2. Blend until smooth and creamy. If the mixture is too thick, add a little more milk to reach your desired consistency.

3. Pour the smoothie base into a decorative bowl.

4. Let your toddler help by adding their favorite toppings. Start with a layer of sliced fruits, followed by granola, chia seeds, and shredded coconut if desired.

5. Serve immediately and enjoy this vibrant, customizable meal together!

Your little one will love the chance to create their own masterpiece, making this a perfect choice for healthy toddler meals that cater to even the fussiest eaters.
