Ingredients:

– 1 cup organic oats
– 2 cups milk (or a dairy-free alternative)
– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
– 1 ripe banana, sliced
– 1 cup assorted fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
– Honey or maple syrup, to taste
– A pinch of salt

Instructions:

1. In a saucepan, combine the organic oats, milk, and a pinch of salt.

2. Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally.

3. Once boiling, reduce the heat to low and simmer for about 5-7 minutes, or until the oats are cooked and creamy.

4. Stir in the vanilla extract for added flavor.
